How to Update the DealHub Environment URL in Salesforce

Overview

The Environment field in Salesforce Custom Settings determines which DealHub service environment your Salesforce org connects to. Updating this value is required when your DealHub environment needs to point to a different environment. This setting is managed directly in Salesforce and does not require any changes on the DealHub side.

Prerequisites

• You have administrator permissions in Salesforce.

• You know your DealHub environment. For details, see What Are DealHub Environments?

Instructions

1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup.

2. In the search box, enter custom and click Custom Settings.

   

3. Locate the DealHub custom setting and click Manage.

   

4. Click Edit.

   

5. In the Environment field, enter the value that matches your account.

   • EU1: service-eu1

   • EU2: service-eu2

   • US1: service-us1

   • US2: service-us2

   

6. Click Save.
