How to Update the DealHub Environment URL in Salesforce

Overview

The Environment field in Salesforce Custom Settings determines which DealHub service environment your Salesforce org connects to. Updating this value is required when your DealHub environment needs to point to a different regional service (EU or US). This setting is managed directly in Salesforce and does not require any changes on the DealHub side.

Prerequisites

• Salesforce administrator access

• Knowledge of your DealHub region (EU or US)

Instructions

1. Navigate to Setup by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner.

   

2. In the Quick Find search bar, enter custom, then select Custom Settings from the results.

   

3. On the Custom Settings page, locate the relevant setting and click Manage.

   

4. Click Edit.

   

5. In the Environment field, enter service-eu2 or service-us2, depending on your region.

   

6. Click Save to apply the changes.
