Like other CRMs, your journey to DealHub usually starts with two buttons on the deal page: 'Create Quote' or 'View Quotes.'

Once you click on one of the buttons, you will be redirected to the login screen of DealHub. From here, the behavior changes depending on the following conditions:

Option 1: DealHub account is configured to work with SSO or Google Authenticator

If your DealHub instance is configured to work with SSO or Google, click on the relevant button and use your email address to identify yourself.

If your Dealhub account is still not configured to work with SSO, and you have SSO solution in your organization, please contact our support (support@dealhub.io) and we will be happy to set it up with you.

Option 2: Your DealHub account uses local credentials (username/password)

An existing user with local DealHub username/password

If your instance is not configured to work with SSO or Google authentication, once you are redirected to the login screen, please use your DealHub credentials to access DealHub. The username is already populated, so the user will only have to provide his password to access the system.

The first time the user accesses DealHub from the login screen.

  1. If this is the first time the user accessed DealHub via the login screen, it means the user still does not have a password.

  2. performDealHub will automatically (there is no need to take any additional action) send the user an email with a one-time password. A message will appear on the screen indicating to which email address we sent the email.

The user will need to use the password from the email in the following screen.

 3. Once the user enters the one-time password, DealHub will present the next screen allowing you to specify a new password. Make sure the new password complies with the password policy as stated on the screen.

4. After the user generates a new password, he will be forwarded to the login screen. The username is already populated. Just use the new password in order to log in to DealHub.
