Overview
Microsoft Dynamics 365 includes a DealHub parameter that defines which DealHub environment your organization connects to. You must set this value to match your DealHub account environment before you connect Microsoft Dynamics to DealHub. This ensures that your data syncs with the correct data center.
Prerequisites
You have administrator permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You know which DealHub environment your account uses. If you are not sure, contact your CSM.
Instructions
In Microsoft Dynamics 365, click the Global Search (funnel) icon.
In the Look for search bar, enter DealHub Parameters and click Results.
Click DealHub_App_Server_URL.
In the value field, enter the URL that matches your account. Learn more: What Are DealHub Environments?
EU1: service-eu1
EU2: service-eu2
US1: service-us1
US2: service-us2
Click Save.
